Description
TMNT Shredder’s Revenge is a 2D side scrolling action and beat’em up video game developed by Tribute Games and published by GameMill Entertainment. It was released on March 18th, 2020 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Microsoft Windows. The game is based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, having players step into the shoes of Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo and Raphael as they battle the Foot Clan and their leader, the Shredder.
Players must traverse through 4 levels of dangerous environments while fighting against classic enemies and bosses. Each environment brings new challenges and obstacles, with puzzles and secrets to uncover. Players can save allies and unlock secret toys. There are even bonus levels where players can search for hidden items, defeat hidden bosses and participate in bonus challenges. Players can also test their combat skills against CPU opponents in a battle mode with up to 4 players in local versus mode.
TMNT Shredder’s Revenge features classic combat styles from the TMNT classics. The characters can move and attack in 360 directions and use items such as Turtle Blinds and Turtle Drones to combat their enemies. With the ability to upgrade their Turtle’s battle armor and weapons, the player has access to a wide range of moves and attacks. The game also includes unlockable characters, skins, online leaderboards and a retro soundtrack. With vibrant graphics, TMNT Shredder’s Revenge is set to be a classic throwback to the beloved TMNT franchise.
