The Tenants is an indie building management simulator game developed by Sobs, a German game development studio. The game was initially released in early access in January of 2018 and the full version was released on Steam in November of the same year.

In the game, players are thrust into the role of a landlord and tasked with managing their own building. Players must manage everything from building and managing rent contracts, to training employees and coordinating financial and legal matters. The game features over 70 levels and multiple ways to win, such as collecting rent and managing a profitable business. Along with this, players are also able to customize their building and complete missions for extra rewards. The game is a single-player experience, but can be shared with others online.

The Tenants has been very well-received, with critics praising the game’s creativity and attention to detail.
