Players begin the game with a board, a deck of Scrappage cards, and some counters. The board is separated into four zones: Center, Blue, Yellow, and Red. Each player has five tokens, which can be moved around the board. The deck of cards contains different rules and strategies for winning the game. Playing these cards allows players to gain an edge, but other players can also counter them by playing their own cards.
The game also has an element of risk. When a player runs out of tokens, they are out of the game and the last remaining player wins. Players must use strategy to choose cards and move their tokens around the board in order to claim the “scrappage” area and gain the upper hand.
