Description
Lattice Dancer is an enchanting Chinese strategy game. It can be played with two or four players. The game board is composed of 64 interlocking bamboo sticks, with each of the four players having their own coloured sticks. The game pieces are four square stones, one of each colour which are placed on the corners of the lattice. The objective of the game is to move the stones to each other corner in the same colour. Each time a player moves a stone, she must have her bamboo stick in such a way that the stone cannot be moved until the stick is removed. The player who succeeds in getting all four stones to their opposite corners wins the game.
The game is very tactical as players must plan their moves to strategically cross the lattice. It also has a pleasing aesthetic quality as the bamboo lattice and various coloured stones are a beautiful addition to your game night.
