Description
AA Soldiers is a real-time strategy video game developed by the independent developer, MorphZone. It was released in December 2017 for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. In the game, the player takes command of air forces to wage modern air warfare.
The game is divided into 8 campaigns spread over 5 different environments featuring up to 100 missions that range from interdiction, escorts, and air battles between rival forces. Players can make use of over 15 aircraft, from classic fighters to modern stealth fighters. Across the game players will also make use of radar systems, refuelers and AWACSs for better performance in missions. Players will also face smart AI opponents and can compete against other players in online multiplayer battles featuring up to eight players.
The game also comes with various user-made tools and mods that allow players to create custom maps, skins and campaigns. AA Soldiers also supports modding to a lighter level by adding new aircrafts and updating existing airstrips. Players can also customize their planes through the editor and customize their squadrons for more diverse gaming styles.
